Set the framework together.
Store employees, services and roles. This means it is clear who can take on which tasks in the salon and see which areas.
Who works when? Who can take on which service? And which times should be bookable online? Frisys brings the answers together so your team can plan together.
Good planning starts with your employees and extends to the appropriate booking.
Store employees, services and roles. This means it is clear who can take on which tasks in the salon and see which areas.
Working hours include more than customer appointments. Breaks, preparation and tasks also need space; You determine online availability separately.
Vacation, illness or other work changes the planning. In the shared system you can see where you need to redistribute appointments or tasks.
Here's how to work with it in your salon.
Assign each person the appropriate tasks and access. A shared salon does not need shared accounts.
You create a personal profile for a new employee and assign the appropriate role. The role determines access to areas and actions. This allows your team to work together without each person needing all the settings or financial information. The responsibilities are assigned specifically instead of being resolved via shared access data.
Store working times, breaks and absences as a basis for the day. This means that times without customer appointments are also taken into account.
For example: A person works from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and has a lunch break. Preparation, tidying up and other internal activities are also part of the work, even though there is no customer meeting. Working times and absences form the time frame. They are not the same as releasing all hours for online booking.
Decide when you can book online, regardless of working hours. This leaves room for internal tasks and special services.
You can schedule a working day longer than the time slot offered online. This means an employee can prepare in the morning or take on an internal task before customers are allowed to book online. For bookable offers, the service, duration and other stored rules must also match. This means that the online selection is created from several consciously maintained requirements.
Distribute tasks and keep an eye on the performance overview. This makes it easier to make arrangements and prepare for the next day.
You record which tasks are pending in the company and who should take on them. Together with the overview of services, this helps with arrangements, for example if a treatment requires special preparation. A task is not automatically a customer appointment; both have their own purpose in the daily routine.
Depending on the tariff, AI also supports team planning. Use it to ask a question about the existing plan or to prepare a change. A suggestion does not replace the actual working hours and absences or the decision on the roster. Check the underlying information before applying a change.
Duty roster, vacation and sick leave reflect the actual situation. You can see which availability needs to be adjusted.
If a person is sick or on vacation, actual availability must be taken into account in the planning. Check the affected dates and determine what should be rebooked or redistributed. A registered absence does not replace personal coordination with customers and the team, but it does make the need for planning visible.
Manage locations, opening hours and permissions to suit your organization. The agreed tariff determines the scope.
If there are multiple locations, opening times, responsibilities and access must match the respective organization. Deposit the intended locations and coordinate the scope with the tariff. An employee role is not automatically equated with unlimited access to every location. Setup and permissions depend on your business.
